Job Summary
Coordinate interdisciplinary team services under physician orders to identify patient and family needs in Pinellas County. Utilize monitoring, intervention, and teaching skills to maximize patient comfort and enhance quality of life while collaborating with the Primary RN and CTM. Requires valid Florida LPN license, associate's degree or equivalent experience, CPR certification, and current IV Therapy certification. Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule with competitive pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement match, and 5+ weeks PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida LPN License
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- six months to one year related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Florida State Driver's License
- CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Current IV Therapy certification
