Job Summary
Hospice CNA position at Empath Health (Trustbridge Hospice) in Palm Beach County. The role provides direct and indirect patient care in home and community-based settings under RN/LPN guidance, with a 7:00 am–3:30 pm shift and weekend requirements. The CNA will assist with activities of daily living, maintain a clean and safe environment, and offer emotional support to patients and families. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are highly encouraged; Florida CNA license and BLS are required; six months of healthcare experience and driving ability are also required. Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment
- Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
- Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance
