Job Summary
Build and lead your own hospice team while establishing referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners. Conduct community outreach and educational presentations to explain hospice services, then meet with patients and families to discuss care expectations. Oversee daily operations, compliance, and quality standards while driving business development and sustainable growth for your location. Support hiring, training, and development of staff, working closely with clinical leadership to ensure smooth transitions into hospice care. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000–$85,000 with a performance-based bonus, full benefits, and PTO. You will have the autonomy to create your team and make a real impact in your community as we continue to grow.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hospice marketing experience
