Job Summary
Executive Director for hospice leading a fully staffed branch in Lawrenceville, GA. Responsible for overseeing branch operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, budgeting, strategic planning, and growth initiatives; supervising admissions, staffing, and team development; driving quality improvement and interdisciplinary hospice care delivery; reporting to Governing Body leadership in an autonomous executive role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospice leadership experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
- Master’s degree preferred
- Registered Nurse license preferred and in good standing
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice operations REQUIRED
- Proven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills REQUIRED
- Experience overseeing compliance, admissions, budgeting, and team development REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of interdisciplinary hospice care models REQUIRED
- Experience building, growing, or improving hospice operations REQUIRED
