Job Summary
Lead hospice nursing services and ensure regulatory compliance in a startup hospice environment. Provide clinical leadership, oversee staffing and clinical operations, monitor quality assurance and patient satisfaction, participate in strategic planning, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care. Requires a BSN, Texas RN license, 3–5 years hospice/home health experience, and proven leadership ability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current license as a registered nurse (RN) in Texas
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hospice or home health experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
