Job Summary
Lead hospice nursing services as Director of Nursing in Spring, TX, overseeing clinical operations in a hospice start-up environment. Provide clinical leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise nursing staff, manage staffing and scheduling, monitor quality assurance and patient satisfaction initiatives, participate in strategic planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care. Strong focus on maintaining standards of care and supporting patients, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current license as a registered nurse (RN) in Texas
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hospice or home health experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospice regulations and standards
