Job Summary
Provide leadership and oversight of all hospice clinical services in the Overland Park area, ensuring quality care through planning, implementation, and evaluation of services. Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff while conducting chart audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CHAP standards. Identify patient care needs, maintain accurate clinical documentation, assist with new clinician onboarding, complete patient visits as needed, and manage medical supplies and resources. Ensure all hospice operations remain compliant with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two years of experience in hospice or skilled home health leadership
- Knowledge of hospice regulations, business operations, and CHAP standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to build relationships with patients, families, referral partners, and the community
- Positive attitude, self-confidence, and a passion for leading others
