Hospice Director of Clinical Services- RN

Hospice Director of Clinical Services (RN) leads and coordinates care by supervising patient and family care per the plan of care, overseeing the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) including scheduling, mentoring, and timekeeping, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Responsible for facilitating the consultative process between the Medical Director and IDT, leading IDT meetings, and managing EMR documentation workflow. Requires an active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment, a minimum of three years in healthcare, and valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential; leadership/management experience is strongly preferred. BSN strongly preferred. The role supports Compassus’s home-based hospice care model and may involve collaboration across home health and palliative services.
