Job Summary
Hospice Director Clinical Services (Registered Nurse/RN) leads the Interdisciplinary Team, supervises patient and family care per the plan of care, manages IDT scheduling and performance, facilitates collaboration between the Medical Director and IDT, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and oversees EMR documentation workflow. Requires an RN with at least three years in healthcare; leadership/management experience preferred; BSN strongly preferred. California RN licensure required; valid driver’s license. Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential to advance care for patients receiving home-based hospice services.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of employment
- Minimum of three years in healthcare
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (BSN a plus)
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance
