Job Summary
Oversee the delivery of hospice care to patients and families, ensuring compliance with home health and hospice regulations. Manage hospice staff levels, recruit, hire, orient, and train personnel while evaluating patient care quality. Assist in budget and financial report preparation and maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and medication. This role requires a Wisconsin RN or BSN with at least two years of hospice nursing case management and one year managing caregivers. Candidates must hold CPR certification and possess extensive knowledge of state and federal laws. The position offers a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000, quarterly bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and tuition discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN or BSN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice nursing case management
- At least 1 year of hospice or home health experience managing caregivers
- CPR certification
- Extensive knowledge of state/federal home health and hospice laws and regulatory standards
