Job Summary
PT night-shift Hospice Crisis Care LPN provides 1:1 bedside nursing to patients in homes or facilities within the Dayton/Springfield area, under RN supervision. Shifts run 8pm-8am. Responsibilities include direct patient care for individuals actively declining, driving to patient locations, and documenting services. Requires Ohio LPN licensure, CPR certification, ability to drive in various conditions, and completion of background checks and drug screening. Mileage reimbursement, technology provided, continuing education, and a supportive culture are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- CPR Certified
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
