Job Summary
Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, including long-term care facilities, hospitals, clinics, and home care agencies, to educate them about Care Initiatives Hospice services. Generate referrals by traveling throughout the Fort Dodge, Webster City, Jefferson, Boone, and Ames, Iowa territory to make sales calls according to a strategic action plan and routing schedule. Collaborate with the hospice care team to discover the best ways to meet customer needs while providing education to the general public through speaking opportunities at fairs and expos.
Required Qualifications
- Current driver's license
- Automobile liability insurance
- The ability to travel between multiple locations within your region
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related/equivalent work experience
- Hospice or palliative care experience
- Experience initiating and developing professional business relationships
