Job Summary
Hospice Community Outreach Specialist responsible for developing and implementing community outreach marketing strategies and events to support continuity of care for hospice clients; coordinates Speakers Bureau, health screenings, and marketing programs; maintains CRM and reports on program impact; builds relationships with referral sources and key decision makers in target organizations; requires a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Marketing, Sales, or related field and 2 years of health care sales/marketing experience; travel up to 50%.
