Hospice Community Liaison

Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources while building and monitoring community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization. Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs, requiring a comprehensive working knowledge of marketing and Suncrest Hospice markets. Engage with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to ensure continued delivery of care throughout the service area. This role demands extensive experience in healthcare sales, particularly within home care and hospice, alongside strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills. Candidates must be self-starters capable of working independently and are required to drive with a valid license and reliable transportation.
