Full-time Hospice Community Liaison in Freehold, NJ responsible for community outreach and promotion of hospice services, visiting doctors, hospitals, and care facilities to obtain patient referrals, analyzing the service area and marketing data, developing marketing plans and objectives, and providing community education and outreach to support program growth.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
