Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned individuals in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing management directives. Coordinate proper care types with licensed staff while strictly adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Work independently on a day-to-day basis with direct 1-1 patient interaction supported by a team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. Maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance to drive to work. Requires Texas CNA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas
