Job Summary
Provide personal care including baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, and changing bed linens. Assist with dressing and undressing, prepare nutritious meals, and feed patients. Monitor skin condition to prevent tissue breakdown and report patient changes to the Case Manager. Maintain state aide registry listing, current CPR certification, and valid driver's license. Work as a PRN CNA supporting the Boerne team in end-of-life care.
Required Qualifications
- Certified by the state as a nurse aide
- Maintains a current CPR Certification
- List on the state aide registry with a clear record
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
