Hospice CNA

Provide direct personal care to patients in their homes or care settings under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while maintaining a safe environment. Monitor and promptly report changes in patient condition or behavior, strictly adhering to infection control protocols and safety hygiene standards. Uphold patient dignity and confidentiality by respecting personal property and communicating with kindness and professionalism throughout all interactions. This role requires active participation in a fast-paced environment where you will operate durable medical equipment and manage tasks requiring frequent standing and lifting up to 50 pounds. You must possess a valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance to serve patients across private residences, assisted living, nursing facilities, and memory care settings.
