Job Summary
Promote a safe environment by assisting patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation. Perform range of motion exercises and transfers while following assignment sheets to document changes in patient condition. Recognize and report safety concerns to the supervisor, maintaining unobstructed pathways during care. Requires active Michigan CNA certification, high school diploma, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Flexible assignments with no weekends or holidays required; pay ranges from $18-$22 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- Compassionate nature
- Good communicator
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
