Hospice CNA

Provide personal care and related services to hospice patients, maintaining their hygiene and ensuring a safe environment. Observe patients, report findings, and document care performed and responses in accordance with established plans of care, policies, and regulatory standards. Travel to service patients in their residences, including homes, assisted living facilities, long-term care facilities, and hospitals. Work under the supervision of an RN while adhering to company policies and compliance directives. Full-time on-the-road position with 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, plus mileage reimbursement and PTO.
