Job Summary
Support patients with personal care and daily living needs in homes or facilities while working Monday through Friday with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling. Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership to improve quality of life, and work independently on a 1-1 level with strong team backing. Maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance to drive for patient visits. This role offers a commitment to compassionate end-of-life care within a rapidly growing national company, with opportunities for certification upgrades and further education.
Required Qualifications
- Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with our community organizations in patient care
- Ability to work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership
- Eager to gain higher level of opportunities such as certifications and further education
- Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team
- Able to work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
