Job Summary
Provide personal care services and supportive duties to clients under nurse supervision, assisting with activities of daily living and maintaining an environment that promotes client independence and dignity. Deliver care items with kindness and respect, observe and immediately report unusual changes in client condition or behavior to the Director of Hospice, and assist in planning and evaluating care plans. Record accurate client information in medical records, communicate regularly with the RN Case Manager, and perform trained procedures including pet care. Adhere to privacy laws, HIPAA standards, and PPE requirements while demonstrating teamwork and prompt attendance. Monday through Friday schedule with nights free, offering medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, PTO, and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the state
