Job Summary
Hospice CNA providing personal care and daily living assistance to patients in the San Antonio area. Responsibilities include baths, grooming, feeding, skin care to prevent breakdown, dressing, meal planning and preparation, and reporting patient condition changes to the Case Manager. Requires state-certified nurse aide plus CPR certification, a clear aide registry, 18+ years old, and a valid, insured driver�s license. Shift is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8a–5p, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for certification-related salary increases.
Required Qualifications
- Certified by the state as a nurse aide
- Maintains a current CPR Certification
- List on the state aide registry with a clear record able to deliver care to patients
- 18 years of age unless state law dictates otherwise
- Valid driver�s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements
