Hospice Clinical Manager - RN

Oversee all visits from referral-to-admission through death processes, ensuring quality care, documentation, and collaboration align with federal, state, and local guidelines. Support direct care coordination, verify hospice eligibility, and manage recordkeeping functions while maintaining operational policies to meet patient and family needs. Provide orientation, education, training, and competencies as required for the clinical team. This role supports the Administrator and corporate leadership in delivering holistic care across nine Iowa hospice locations, fostering a collaborative environment that honors the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
