Hospice Clinical Manager - RN

Oversee all visits from referral-to-admission through death processes, ensuring quality care, documentation, and collaboration align with federal, state, and local guidelines. Support direct care coordination, verify hospice eligibility, manage recordkeeping, and provide orientation, education, and training as needed. Maintain and implement operational policies to meet patient and family needs while facilitating directives from corporate leadership. Requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and two years of recent clinical experience in hospice, oncology, home health, or public health nursing.
