Hospice - Clinical Liasion

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase awareness and utilization of JSSA's hospice and home care programs. Identify new referral opportunities across the healthcare continuum, collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient transitions, and represent the agency at professional meetings and industry events. Track referral trends to support strategic growth initiatives while serving as a clinical resource for physicians, hospitals, and community partners throughout the National Capital Region. Requires an RN license in Maryland and experience in healthcare marketing or business development.
