Job Summary
Develop and adhere to the client's spiritual care plan while providing spiritual and emotional support to patients and family members. Participate in providing bereavement services to family members, referral sources, and the community. Complete documentation accurately and timely. This role requires a Masters of Divinity degree, one year of experience in a spiritual counseling capacity in a health care setting, and willingness to travel the Chittenden, Franklin, and Washington Counties coverage area. Base pay ranges from $28 to $32 per hour.

- Masters of Divinity degree
- One year of experience in a spiritual counseling capacity in a health care setting
Desired Qualifications
- Hospice / care experience
- Experience making home visits
- Masters of Divinity degree and at least one unit of CPE preferred
- Must be willing to travel coverage area of office
