Job Summary
Hospice Chaplain PRN with on-call hours 5pm-8am. Responsible for initiating, developing, deepening and closing a spiritual and empathic relationship with patients and families, providing care grounded in pastoral ministry. Qualifications include a Master of Divinity or equivalent in Theology (preferred), ordination/endorsement preferred, board certification or working toward APC, BCC-HPCC, NACC, or NAJC certification, CPE (4 units preferred, at least 1 unit), three years of active pastoral ministry/chaplaincy, computer skills for documentation, driving ability in various conditions, and valid driver’s license with safe driving record and adequate auto insurance.
