Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned patients in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing management directives. Collaborate with licensed staff to coordinate care types while strictly adhering to company policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments. Work independently on a day-to-day basis and drive with reliable transportation, valid license, and auto insurance. Maintain CPR certification and partner with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership to support patient and family needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certified

- Able to work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis
