Job Summary
Provide housekeeping, laundry, and meal services; assist with grooming, bathing, and dressing; and support mobility, transfers, and ambulation for patients in homes or facilities. Follow assigned care plans, document patient information in electronic medical records, and notify staff nurses of condition changes. Maintain safety and comfort during caregiver absence while attending quarterly in-service meetings for continuing education. Part-time role with paid training and a 1.5% employer retirement match. Competitive pay is $17.00 per hour. Arkansas CNA certification is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate issued from the state of Arkansas
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and proof of state required vehicle insurance
- Current negative TB skin test or state health card
- Certified in CPR/First Aid
- Must pass background checks, maltreatment checks, and drug screening
