Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned individuals in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing management directives while coordinating care with licensed staff. Follow all company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Work independently on a day-to-day basis with strong support from a patient care team including nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership. Maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation to drive for the role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in Oklahoma
