Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned individuals in accordance with assessments, care plans, and nursing management directives. Coordinate proper care types with licensed staff while strictly adhering to company policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments. Work independently on a day-to-day basis with strong support from a team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and CNA leadership. Maintain 1-1 patient interaction while driving to sites using a valid license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certified
