Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned residents in accordance with care plans and nursing assessments under the direction of the Director of CNA Services. Coordinate proper care types with licensed staff while strictly following company policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments. Work independently on a day-to-day basis with strong support from a team including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers. Maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance to drive for work. The role offers competitive pay from $18 to $22/hr plus monthly bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a 401k plan with employer match.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
