Job Summary
Provide resident care to assigned individuals in accordance with care plans and nursing management directives. Coordinate proper care types with licensed staff while strictly adhering to company policies, safety guidelines, and resident assessments. Collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and leadership to support patients on a one-on-one basis. Maintain independent day-to-day operations while working under the direction of the Director of CNA Services. Requires CNA certification, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Must be at least 18 years old. Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state(s) of practice
- Must be at least 18 years of age
