Job Summary
Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential care to terminally ill patients in a hospice setting under RN supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility/transfers, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, following care plans, providing emotional support, meal preparation, maintaining a clean environment, infection control, and contributing to team meetings and ongoing training. Requires a valid CNA license and strong communication, compassion, and multitasking skills; schedule includes Full-Time and Part-Time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Mileage reimbursement is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state in which work is performed
- 2+ years experience in hospice or end-of-life care is preferred
