Job Summary
Hospice CNA provides essential end-of-life care to terminally ill patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, mobility/transfers, monitoring vital signs, documenting care with date/time, adhering to care plans, offering emotional support to patients and families, meal preparation, infection control, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Requires CNA license, strong clinical and communication skills, ability to handle high-stress hospice duties, and capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule includes Full-Time or Part-Time shifts (8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday). Mileage reimbursement is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state in which work is performed.
