Job Summary
Provide professional, compassionate personal care and related services in hospice participant residences as assigned by the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN. Maintain current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and hold CPR certification. Work 30 hours per week in geriatric healthcare settings. This role supports residents within Acts Retirement-Life Communities, a not-for-profit operator of continuing care senior living communities across 9 states, fostering a culture of Loving-Kindness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Minimum one year of experience within the geriatric healthcare field
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
