Job Summary
Provide personal care including baths, oral hygiene, skin care, and toileting activities while assisting patients with dressing, linen changes, and medication self-administration. Maintain patient living areas and adhere to documentation and care procedures. Meet productivity expectations based on business needs. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00am-5:00pm in the Greater San Bernardino/Hemet Area. Valid CHHA/CNA, BLS/CPR, driver's license, and empathy for the ill are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state Home Health Aide & Nursing Assistant Certifications (CHHA & CNA)
- Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
- Empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail and the impaired
- Current BLS & CPR certification
- Demonstrates tact, patience and good personal hygiene
- Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance
- Must meet position productivity expectations as determined based on business need
- Schedule/Shift: Full Time, Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
- Territory/Location: Greater San Bernardino/Hemet Area
