Hospice Center RN

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for hospice patients requiring symptom management and end-of-life care within a 6-bed inpatient facility. Monitor and manage pain and symptoms, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and respond effectively to changes in patient condition. Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and nursing assistants to provide emotional support, education, and individualized care that promotes comfort and quality of life. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure a safe, respectful environment for patients and families. Requires current Indiana RN license with preferred experience in hospice, palliative care, or acute settings. Full-time and part-time shifts available including days, evenings, and midnights.
