Job Summary
Maintain a case load of 12-14 patients, averaging four patients per day, while managing back-up call responsibilities. Deliver clinical excellence and quality care to each patient and their family within the Acworth/Kennesaw coverage area. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. This registered nurse role supports a family-owned hospice organization in Georgia dedicated to patient satisfaction and compassionate end-of-life services.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
- 2 years of in-Home Patient Care Experience
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of Hospice or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred
- Familiarity with EMR System KanTime-Preferred
