Job Summary
Hospice Care Consultant responsible for growing Compassus' market share by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones, securing referrals from physicians and healthcare staff, and ensuring rapid, appropriate admission of clinically eligible patients. Key duties include building trust-based relationships with referral sources, delivering clinical training to partners, working flexible hours including evenings/weekends, and communicating insights to operations to improve service. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 5+ years of healthcare sales experience; strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills; ability to navigate sensitive conversations with patients and families; and willingness to adapt to changing priorities in hospice care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred
- Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles
- Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals
- Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred
