Hospice Care Consultant

Hospice Care Consultant grows Compassus market share by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones, securing referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators, and ensuring rapid admission of clinically-eligible patients. The role requires a consultative sales approach, compassionate engagement with patients and families, and the ability to navigate emotionally sensitive conversations to deliver high-quality hospice care. Key duties include meeting or exceeding weekly performance goals, onboarding new referrals, training referral partners on hospice concepts, and collaborating with operations to optimize patient admission processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) and 5+ years of sales experience, with experience in Hospice/Home Health/Healthcare preferred. Willingness to work outside standard business hours (evenings and weekends) to ensure timely support and service.
