Job Summary
Educate healthcare professionals and identify new referral opportunities by calling on hospitals, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, clinics, and physician offices. Engage in meaningful conversations about patient needs to drive referral growth and plan strategic marketing initiatives to increase awareness. Represent the organization at community events, professional associations, and educational in-services while serving as a resource for patients and families to ensure they understand hospice options and the benefits of early referrals. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years in healthcare sales, and existing relationships with clinical partners, with a proven track record of meeting admissions and census targets. Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing
- Strong existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities or home health professionals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Sensitivity to the needs of terminally ill patients and their families
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding admissions and census targets
