Job Summary
Drive growth within a defined book of business by opening new hospice accounts and expanding existing ones; secure referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators; train referral partners and ensure rapid, appropriate patient admissions; build trusted relationships with healthcare providers; demonstrate empathy and adaptability in emotionally charged hospice conversations; willingness to work outside standard hours to support patients and families; utilize consultative sales to deliver high-quality hospice care and drive market-share growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business strongly preferred
- Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles
- Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals
- Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred
