Job Summary
Hospice Care Consultant drives growth within the assigned book of business by opening new accounts and expanding existing ones, securing referrals from physicians, staff, and administrators, and delivering a personalized, consultative sales approach to healthcare partners. The role requires building trust-based relationships, navigating emotionally sensitive conversations with patients and families, meeting or exceeding weekly performance goals, and sometimes working outside standard hours to ensure timely support and high-quality hospice care. Strong communication, clinical knowledge, and the ability to influence stakeholders at senior levels are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience in relevant roles
- Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred, but top-performing sales professionals who understand and accept the challenges of hospice care are encouraged to apply
