Job Summary
Hospice Care Consultant to drive growth in hospice admissions by building relationships with physicians, staff, and administrators, securing referrals, and expanding the book of business. The role requires ownership of meeting or exceeding weekly performance goals, identifying new opportunities via market analysis, and providing clinical training to referral partners. Candidates should demonstrate compassion, resilience, and the ability to navigate emotionally sensitive conversations with patients and families, while maintaining adaptability to changing priorities and business needs. The position may require working outside standard hours (evenings and weekends) to ensure timely support for patients in need. Strong relationship management, communication, and CRM skills, along with a proven track record in sales within hospice, home health, or healthcare settings, are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Five (5) plus years of successful sales experience
- Experience in Hospice, Home Health, or Healthcare industry preferred
