Hospice C.N.A.-Contingent-PRN

Contingent Part-time Hospice CNA/Home Health Aide providing one-to-one care in patients' homes in Athens, GA under RN care. Responsibilities include following the care plan, assisting with personal care activities (bathing, mouth care, denture care, skin care, grooming, transfers, ambulation, dressing), assisting with household tasks (meals planning/feeding, light housekeeping, changing linens, bed-making, laundering), measuring and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as ordered, performing ROM and simple procedures as an extension of therapy services, and assisting with self-administration of medication as delegated. Requires CNA certification, HS diploma or GED, and adherence to agency policies; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the work site.
