Job Summary
Develop and expand hospice referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to increase patient admissions and awareness of hospice services; drive growth through strategic opportunities, ensure compliance with all laws, establish a public relations program to foster relations with physicians and community agencies, and meet monthly admission goals. Requires 2+ years in hospice/home health sales, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and preferred HomeCare HomeBase experience. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years home health or hospice sales experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
