Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities throughout the Southside territory. Educate healthcare professionals regarding hospice eligibility, services, and benefits while generating appropriate referrals through consistent outreach and follow-up. Execute territory business development plans, conduct presentations to referral sources, and collaborate with admissions staff to support patient needs and growth initiatives. Document activities using Microsoft Teams and OneNote, respond promptly to inquiries, and meet established productivity and customer service goals. Requires minimum two years of healthcare sales experience, valid driver's license, and ability to travel. Base salary starts at $70,000 annually with commission opportunities.
