Hospice Assistant Director (58334)

Oversee delivery of clinical and caregiver services while coordinating a team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides, chaplains, and social workers to ensure client standards are met. Hire, orient, train, supervise, and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers, ensuring medical supplies and equipment are delivered and staff are trained on care procedures. Assess patient needs, resolve issues, and lead interdisciplinary meetings for care coordination while effectively managing financial resources. Maintain compliance with state and federal Hospice laws and regulatory standards. Requires active RN or BSN license in Minnesota, minimum one year of hospice nursing experience, and at least one year of supervisory management experience.
